Job summary

Morgan Stanley Glasgow is seeking a Fund Accountant - Analyst to join the expanding Fund Services team. You will oversee the end-to-end accounting for client funds, including daily NAV, P&L and balance sheet preparation, with knowledge of hedge funds and related fee structures.

The role involves collaboration across global teams, developing technical expertise and client-facing skills in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2026 with a 2.1 honours degree or equivalent.
• Team player and excellent communicator.
• Advanced technical, quantitative and project management skills.
• Able to multi-task with close attention to detail.
• Client-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Calculation of daily NAVs and P&L analysis with position and cash reconciliations.
• Review monthly capital movements and ad hoc corporate action activity.
• Analyse performance and review income/expense journals for validity.
• Prepare month-end P&L and balance sheet for client sign-off.
• Produce investor-level allocations of income and expenses at valuation points.
