Muzinich & Co seeks a Head of Fund Accounting, Private Markets to lead the end-to-end NAV process across a multi‑jurisdictional fund book. You will supervise external administrators, manage financial reporting, and maintain a robust control environment with auditors.

The role requires deep IFRS/Lux GAAP/US GAAP knowledge, multi-currency experience and a track record in private markets fund accounting. Based in London, this is a senior, leadership position offering significant scope for process

Qualifikationen

• Qualified accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience in fund accounting or finance within Private Markets.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, Lux GAAP and US GAAP; consolidation under IFRS 10.

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end NAV production for Private Markets funds and related computations.
• Lead treasury, distributions, deal support and capital call mechanics.
• Direct reporting, audit processes and regulatory filings (IFRS, Lux GAAP, US GAAP).
• Manage fund launches, investor onboarding and onboarding of new administrators.
• Maintain controls, drive automation and partner with risk, compliance and IA.
• Line-manage and develop the private markets fund accounting team.
