Job summary

Jersey Evening Post is seeking a fund operations professional to act as the primary contact for fund clients, investment managers, investors and auditors. You will administer a diverse portfolio of private equity, real estate, venture capital, and debt funds, coordinating capital calls, distributions and redemptions.

You will prepare investor reporting, board packs and fund deliverables, and assist with financial statements, management accounts and NAV calculations.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for fund clients, investment managers, investors, and auditors.
• Administer a portfolio of private equity, real estate, venture capital, and debt funds.
• Coordinate capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, and redemptions.
• Prepare investor reporting, board packs, and fund deliverables.
• Assist with financial statements, management accounts, and NAV calculations.
• Maintain statutory records and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external stakeholders.
• Assist with the establishment, restructuring, and liquidation of funds.
• Review junior work and provide guidance and coaching.
• Ensure all client deadlines and SLAs are met.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and operational efficiencies.
• Maintain strong relationships to deliver exceptional service.
