Qualifications

• Strong understanding of investments, funds, treasury terminology.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Fund Services teams on day-to-day administration and controls across fund life cycles.
• Coordinate investor onboarding/offboarding with DocuSign; manage static data and filing.
• Support data management across core Fund Services systems.
• Assist with process optimisation and system integration in BAU and change projects.
• Contribute to policies and procedures to ensure effective controls and efficient system usage.
• Support ISAE controls audits and evidence compilation for assurance activities.
• Stay informed on regulatory developments related to funds, trusts, and companies.
• Pursue CPD and professional development.
• Provide first-line system support for Fund Services teams (DealPlus, Viewpoint).
• Engage in data integrity, migration, and reporting for system users.
• Participate in full lifecycle of change projects with governance and operational alignment.
