Job summary

Jersey Evening Post is seeking a senior fund operations professional to act as primary contact for fund clients, investment managers, auditors, and key stakeholders.

You will oversee administration for private equity, real estate, venture capital and debt alternative investment structures, manage fund accounting records, investor reporting, capital calls, distributions and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for fund clients, investment managers, auditors, and key stakeholders
• Oversee administration for private equity, real estate, venture capital, and debt alternative investment structures
• Manage fund accounting records, investor reporting, capital calls, distributions, and financial statements
• Ensure timely, accurate calculation and reporting of NAVs and performance metrics
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, legal counsel, custodians, and service providers
• Monitor compliance with fund governing documents, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members, fostering excellence and continuous improvement
• Review and enhance operational processes, controls, and automation to improve efficiency and mitigate risk
• Support new fund launches and restructurings
• Monitor SLA and Deliverables
