Job summary

Jersey Evening Post is seeking a diligent Fund Administrator to oversee a diversified portfolio across private equity, real estate, venture capital, and debt funds.

You will maintain investor records, prepare timely reports, and support NAV calculations and financial statements.

Based in the UK, you will coordinate with auditors, service providers, and regulators to ensure full compliance with fund documents and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer a portfolio of private equity, real estate, venture capital, and debt fund structures.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, investment managers, investors, and service providers.
• Process investor transactions (subscriptions, transfers, redemptions, capital calls, distributions) accurately and on time.
• Prepare fund administration records, investor reporting, and periodic client deliverables.
• Assist in preparing board packs, meeting minutes, and statutory documentation.
• Support the calculation of Net Asset Value (NAV), management accounts, and financial statements.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date investor registers and fund records.
• Coordinate with auditors, legal advisers, banks, custodians, and regulators.
• Ensure compliance with fund constitutional documents, regulations, and internal procedures.
