Job summary

FE fundinfo is seeking a Fund Listing Specialist to lead the launch of a new fund and ETF listing service. You will define the operating model, service scope, and delivery standards while acting as the subject-matter expert on listing requirements across UK and European exchanges.

You will oversee the end-to-end admission process, coordinate with legal counsel, exchanges, and regulators, and establish scalable playbooks and SLAs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated environments with fund/ETF listing knowledge.
• Practical understanding of ETF/ETP structures and listing considerations including regulatory, operational, and data dependencies.
• Experience working across teams to deliver complex initiatives and translate needs into scalable processes or technology solutions.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills to explain complex concepts and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch of a new fund/ETF listing service and define operating model, scope, and delivery standards.
• Act as SME on fund/ETF listing requirements across UK and European exchanges for clients and internal teams.
• Manage end-to-end admission process for funds/ETPs, coordinating with legal, exchanges, and regulators.
• Establish and maintain service standards, SLAs, quality controls, and scalable operational playbooks.
• Collaborate with product, data, operations, and tech to deliver supporting tools.
• Oversee ongoing compliance obligations and serve as a senior escalation point for inquiries.
