Aztec Services (Jersey) Limited is seeking a funds operations support role to administer funds and liaise with clients and intermediaries. The position covers administration of fund structures and related client servicing in a Jersey-based team.

You will assist with company secretarial matters, maintain investor records on eFront, and process investor changes while supporting trainee staff and ensuring payments and routine fund operations run smoothly and compliantly.

Qualifications

• Expected to be studying towards a relevant professional qualification (CGI).
• Some financial services experience.
• Computer literacy skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Administer funds, management companies & associated fund structures, liaising with clients and intermediaries.
• Assist with all aspects of company secretarial matters.
• Maintain accurate investor records on eFront and process investor changes.
• Prepare manual and electronic payment instructions to settle fund expenses and maintain the payments library.
• Process and coordinate routine fund operations, including investor calls and distributions.
• Ensure regulatory and statutory filings are made in a timely manner.
• Assist with the accounts distribution and filing process.
• Assist and support the training of Trainee staff.
