Lead Consultant

Job Summary

To lead or be part of a project team developing or implementing solutions/products aligned with client requirements within set timeframes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop new tools based on client requirements or customize existing tools.
2. Lead technical design, ensuring alignment with business needs, standards, and best practices, including configuration of modules, databases, interfaces, and integrations.
3. Prepare capability presentations, assessments, and proposals.
4. Coordinate project management activities such as creating plans, resource allocation, and stakeholder coordination.
5. Support the growth of team members through training and mentorship.
