Job summary

Maven Group Ltd is recruiting for a WCA Assessor role in the United Kingdom. You will conduct 5 assessments per day across telephone, video or in-person formats, gathering information to produce reports for DWP decisions.

Training is provided and the role supports a hybrid working model with on-site Carlisle engagement when required. The ideal candidate is an NMC registered nurse or HCPC qualified professional with 1+ year post-registration experience, strong communication skills, and proficient

Qualifications

• An NMC registered nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) or a HCPC qualified professional with 1+ year post-registration experience.
• Proactive and keen to learn with strong communication skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Competent IT and computer skills.
• Comfortable working with a diverse range of conditions, including mental health.

Responsibilities

• Carry out 5 client assessments per day via telephone, video or face-to-face.
• Gather information and produce factual reports for DWP decisions.
• Participate in training and ongoing professional development.
