Job summary

Maven Group Ltd is seeking a WCA Assessor in the UK to conduct five daily client assessments by telephone, video, or in person. You will gather information to inform DWP benefit eligibility decisions and produce factual reports.

Full training with salary is provided, with a hybrid working pattern and Carlisle-based on-site requirements when needed. Requires an NMC registration or HCPC registration and 1+ year post‑registration experience.

Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse or HCPC-registered professional with 1+ year post-registration experience.
• Proactive and keen to learn.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Competent IT skills.
• Comfortable working with a diverse range of conditions including mental health.

Responsibilities

• Carry out 5 client assessments per day via telephone, video or face‑to‑face.
• Gather information and produce reports to help DWP determine eligibility.
• Full training provided with salary paid during training.
