Job summary

Maven in Stirling is seeking an experienced WCA Functional Assessor to join our healthcare team. The role involves carrying out 5 assessments daily (phone, video or in person) and producing precise reports to support DWP benefit decisions.

The position offers a starting salary of £39,500 per year with hybrid/home working, 9am–5pm hours, and generous annual leave plus pension; on-site Stirling when required with CPD support.

Qualifications

• NMC or HCPC registered professional with post-registration experience
• Proactive and keen to learn
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Competent IT and computer skills
• Comfortable working with mental health conditions

Responsibilities

• Carry out 5 client assessments per day for WCA
• Conduct telephone, video or face-to-face assessments
• Produce factual reports to aid DWP decisions
