Job summary

Qualifications

• NMC or HCPC registration is required and current.
• At least 1 year post-registration experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Competent IT and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out five client assessments per day via telephone, video or face-to-face.
• Produce a factual report to help the DWP determine eligibility for benefits.
• Engage with clients empathetically and document experiences accurately.
• Complete full training and receive ongoing support.
