Qualifications

• Registered healthcare professional with current registration.
• Strong communication, assessment, and report-writing abilities.
• No current restrictions to practice and at least 12 months post-registration experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments and produce clear, accurate reports.
• Use clinical judgement to assess physical and mental health conditions.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
• Maintain records in line with governance and quality standards.
• Engage in CPD, training, and clinical supervision.
• Deliver assessments with empathy, professionalism and integrity.
