Ascenti is recruiting healthcare professionals to become Functional Assessors in a hybrid role. You will conduct telephone, video or in-person consultations and assess how health conditions affect daily living, using your clinical judgement to inform reports.

Training is provided, with up to three days per week in-person at an assessment centre and the rest remotely. We welcome registered Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Paramedics with at least 12 months post-registration

Qualifikationen

• Registered healthcare professional with at least 12 months post-registration experience.
• Full registration with NMC, HCPC or GPhC.
• Ability to use IT systems and produce evidence-based reports.
• Hybrid role with some face-to-face assessment work and remote elements.

Aufgaben

• Hold telephone, video or in-person consultations with claimants.
• Assess a wide range of physical and mental health conditions.
• Apply clinical reasoning to understand how health impacts daily living.
• Produce accurate, evidence-based reports and maintain clear documentation.
• Collaborate with your manager to develop as a Functional Assessor.
