Job summary

ExamWorks UK is seeking qualified healthcare professionals to join our team in Fareham as Functional Assessors. This hybrid role involves 2 days at a local assessment centre and 3 days working from home, with routine 9:00–17:00, Monday to Friday.

You will use your clinical expertise to conduct assessments for Personal Independence Payment (PIP) or Work Capability Assessment (WCA), producing clear reports while maintaining strict non-treatment guidelines.

Qualifications

• UK-based registration with NMC or HCPC.
• Minimum 12 months’ post-qualification UK experience.
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
• Experience writing reports with clear, evidence-based conclusions.
• Hybrid role requiring in-person and home-working days.

Responsibilities

• Carry out functional assessments for PIP or WCA.
• Conduct face-to-face and remote assessments (Fareham area).
