Serco Hampshire is hiring registered healthcare professionals in Fareham as Functional Assessors to apply clinical expertise in a structured, non-treatment environment. This permanent, full-time role offers hybrid working with two days in a local assessment centre and three from home.

You will carry out face-to-face and remote assessments for Personal Independence Payment (PIP) or Work Capability Assessment (WCA), review physical and mental health conditions, and produce clear, evidence-based

The role – What you’ll be doing

You’ll carry out functional assessments for individuals applying for Personal Independence Payment (PIP) or Work Capability Assessment (WCA)

• Conduct face-to-face and remote assessments in the Milton Keynes area
• Assess individuals with physical and mental health conditions
• Apply your clinical knowledge + medical evidence to each case
• Produce clear, evidence-based reports
• Help determine how conditions impact daily living

No treatments. No ward work. No emergencies.
