Job summary

Gaia Recruitment is seeking a qualified Functional Assessor in Fareham to support PIP and Work Capability Assessments. The role combines clinical assessment with high-quality reporting to aid decision-making, in a hybrid office/remote setup.

You must be a registered healthcare professional with NMC or HCPC, possess strong communication and assessment skills, and commit to delivering empathetic, accurate evaluations with ongoing training and support.

Pay: £40,000.00 - £51,000.00 per year + 5% Approval Bonus + 10% ongoing bonus once approved. Salaries are postcode dependent.
