Job summary

Gaia Recruitment is seeking a Functional Assessor for PIP and WCA cases in a hybrid Newport/IOW role. You will apply clinical expertise to assess applicants and prepare evidence-based reports to support decisions while ensuring fair access to support.

The ideal candidate holds NMC or HCPC registration, demonstrates strong communication and clinical assessment skills, and commits to quality, empathy, and ongoing professional development. Training and support are provided.

Job description

Pay: £45,000.00 - £48,000.00 per year + 5% Approval Bonus + 10% ongoing bonus once approved. Salaries are postcode dependent.
