Job summary

Priory Group is seeking a motivated Support Worker for Woodthorpe Lodge to join a compassionate, resident-focused team. This full-time role (42 hours per week) offers £13.45 per hour and requires access to a vehicle due to the service location.

You will assist adults with a range of needs, helping with personal care and daily activities while following individual care plans under supervision. Ongoing training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have NVQ2 in Health & Social Care or related area (or equivalent) or higher.
• GCSE or NVQ2 in English and Maths.
• Good communication and teamwork to support residents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure personal needs or requirements of residents are met, including personal care and daily living tasks.
• Complete daily administration: update care plans, charts and daily notes.
• Maintain professional relationships with residents, their families, colleagues and visitors.
• Adhere to policies and procedures to ensure safety, security and confidentiality.
