Kisharon Langdon is hiring Support Workers for Edgware and Borehamwood areas of North London. The role involves personal care, helping members to live independently, and supporting employment and social activities. The job requires full-time hours (37.5 per week) with early/late shifts, weekends, some sleep-ins, and bank holidays.

The role offers progression opportunities, DBS and training, and a pay rate of £12.71 per hour, with higher rates for NVQ Level 3 and above (£13.56 per hour).

Formación

• GCSE or equivalent level of education.
• Good written English.
• Willingness to undertake full training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal or supported care to members.
• Work flexible hours including early/late shifts and weekends.
• Assist with social activities, shopping, cooking and cleaning.
• Support members to live independently and pursue goals.
• Attend appointments and monitor health and wellbeing.
