Job summary

Midway Care Group is recruiting full-time Support Workers (Days) across Solihull sites. You will help adults with learning disabilities develop daily living skills, meet their needs, and build relationships in the local community.

Expect hours are 35 per week. Roles include personal care, weekend flexibility, and funded qualifications with training provided at no cost, plus access to 24/7 employee support. Acocks Green onboarding and expensed travel are included.

Qualifications

• Desire to work with people and make a difference in daily lives.
• Experience in care or willingness to care for people.
• Fully flexible across weekdays and weekends.
• Willing to provide personal care.
• Strong morals, ethics and dignity in care.
• Interest in progression to leadership roles.
• Willingness to pursue funded qualifications.

• Identify and meet the needs of those we care for.
• Develop and maintain relationships with people, team and community.
