Job summary

Eden Futures is seeking Female Support Workers to join our Supported Living services across in-home and community settings. You will support adults with learning disabilities and autism to live as independently as possible, following tailored care plans and safeguarding guidelines.

We provide extensive development through e-learning, Care Certificate, and apprenticeships, plus recognition and progression within a Platinum Investors in People organisation.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life according to their wishes and care plans

• Accurately report issues to monitor health and wellbeing
• Comply with health and safety regulations
