Job summary

MCARTHURGLEN York is seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking supervisor to join our busy retail team. You will lead by example, motivating colleagues, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring targets are met with a positive, customer-focused approach.

You will drive sales and coach the team to excel on KPI performance, provide training to new staff, manage cashier duties, stock replenishment, deliveries, and stock integrity while delivering friendly service to all customers.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to drive sales and train others to succeed.
• Experience in customer service, cashier duties, stock replenishment and deliveries.
