Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and compassionateSEN Teacherto join a welcoming school inMerton. This is a fantastic opportunity for an educator who is passionate about supporting students withAutism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Speech, Language & Communication Needs (SLCN).
As anSEN Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of pupils withASD, MLD, SLD, and SLCN.
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to ensure positive outcomes.
Implement EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans) effectively.
Use adaptive teaching strategies to engage and motivate students.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)or equivalent.
Experience working with students withASD, MLD, SLD, and SLCNis highly desirable.
Strong understanding ofSEND frameworksand inclusive teaching practices.
Patient, resilient, and passionate about making a difference.
Ability to differentiate lessons to accommodate diverse learning needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
