REESON Education is seeking a dedicated School Caretaker for a Great School in North London, Barnet. This full-time role runs 6.45am to 2.45pm, Monday to Friday, with an enhanced DBS check required to safeguard children.

You will work with the Premises team, ensuring the safe operation of buildings, grounds and equipment, and support daily routines while upholding high standards of health and safety across the site.

Qualificações

• Security of Premises management
• Opening/closing of buildings and alarms
• COSHH compliance and safe storage of cleaning materials
• Liaising with contractors for repairs and maintenance
• Health and safety awareness for school environment

Responsabilidades

• Carry out security checks and secure premises out of hours.
• Open/close school buildings, manage alarms and report faults.
• Maintain lighting, heating and gas controls and shut down safely at night.
• Monitor grounds and carry out routine cleaning and minor repairs.
• Assist with minor alterations and keep caretaking equipment in safe condition.
