Priory Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Coral House, Poole. This full-time position involves 12-hour shifts across 36-48 hours per week, supporting adults with a range of needs.

The role emphasizes compassionate, person-centered care and collaboration with qualified staff to implement care plans. You will work within a residential service that supports 10 adults, located in an urban setting with access to public transport.

Qualifications

• NVQ2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent or higher recognised qualification.
• GCSE or NVQ2 in English and Maths.
• Experience in related environment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Support the implementation of individual care plans.
• Maintain accurate daily notes and update charts.
• Develop rapport with residents and colleagues while upholding safety and confidentiality.
