Job summary

Priory Group's Beach House in Poole is seeking a Weekend Support Worker to join a compassionate team. Part-time, 14 hours per week, with a £13.45 per hour salary.

You will support seven residents with learning disabilities and/or autism, helping with daily care, routines, and activities to promote independence. Beach House offers a supportive environment, ongoing training, and pathways into leadership and clinical roles within Priory.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support work is desirable; training provided.

Responsibilities

• You'll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, helping with day-to-day care, keeping spaces organised and supporting residents to live as independently as possible.
• Support with care requirements and activities to create a positive experience for residents.
• Contribute to smooth operation of Beach House and uphold safeguarding and service standards.
