Qualifications

• NVQ2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent or higher qualification.
• GCSE or NVQ2 in English and Maths.
• Ability to work as part of a compassionate team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure personal needs are met and support daily living activities with dignity.
• Complete daily administration, update care plans and notes.
• Maintain professional relationships with residents, family and staff.
• Adhere to policies to ensure safety, security and confidentiality.
