Job summary

Inspiring Vet Care is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join Midforest Vets in Lyndhurst, a small, close-knit team delivering high-quality nursing care in a supportive environment. The role is full-time with a 4- or 5-day week, and a 1 in 5 Saturday rota, with no out-of-hours requirement.

You will run nurse clinics, provide inpatient care, assist with lab work and imaging, and monitor anaesthesia during surgery. We value teamwork, development, and excellent client relationships.

Qualifications

• Registration as a Veterinary Nurse with the RCVS.
• Experience in clinical practice with nursing and patient care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage workload.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-orientated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Midforest Vets on a full-time basis.

At Midforest Vets, you'll join a small, close-knit team where everyone works collaboratively to deliver exceptional patient care in a supportive environment. You'll be part of a practice that blends tradition with modern veterinary medicine, all in a stunning New Forest location.

Our Lyndhurst site is nestled in the heart of the New Forest, housed in a charming, thatched cottage that's been serving the local community for over 35 years.

How You'll Make a Difference

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences.
You'll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice.

Working Pattern

• 40 hours per week however we can be flexible
• 4 or 5 days per week
• 1 in 5 Saturday rota (8:30am-12:30pm)
• no out-of-hours requirement
