Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Recovery Coordinator Practitioner in Kingston, London, to support individuals across substance misuse recovery and criminal justice pathways. This full-time, ongoing role offers £22.00 per hour and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

You will manage a full caseload, conduct assessments and care planning, deliver psychosocial interventions, run group sessions, and work with criminal justice partners to coordinate care and sustain

Qualifications

• Substance misuse experience in recovery services is required.
• Criminal justice pathway experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
• Experience delivering assessments, care planning, and psychosocial interventions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload across treatment pathways.
• Perform assessments, care planning, and risk assessments.
• Deliver structured psychosocial interventions.
• Lead one-to-one and group recovery sessions.
• Coordinate with criminal justice partners and agencies.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
• Monitor progress and adapt recovery plans as needed.
• Support service users towards sustainable recovery outcomes.
