Responsibilities

• Wash and clean customer vehicles after service appointments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash bay area.
• Move and park vehicles safely around the dealership lot.
• Ensure vehicles are presented to customers in a clean and professional manner.
• Greet customers at the service reception desk and provide friendly, professional service.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Process service payments and perform basic data entry.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and other general customer service tasks.
• Support the service department with daily administrative duties as needed.
