Jubilee Ford, part of the Wyant Group, is looking for an F&I Specialist to join our team. You’ll guide customers through financing and leasing options, present protection products, and help them feel confident about one of their largest purchases.

Work closely with Sales and Management to ensure a smooth vehicle purchase to delivery, complete finance documentation accurately, and build lasting relationships with lenders and insurers.

Formación

• Must understand automotive financing and leasing processes.
• Familiarity with warranties, insurance and vehicle protection products preferred.

Finance & Insurance Specialist - Jubilee Ford

Are you an automotive professional who knows how to turn a great vehicle purchase into an exceptional customer experience?

Jubilee Ford, part of the Wyant Group, is looking for an F&I Specialist to join our team in Saskatoon. We’re looking for someone who understands that finance isn’t just about numbers—it’s about building trust, finding the right solutions, and helping customers feel confident about one of the biggest purchases they’ll make.

What You’ll Do

As an F&I Specialist, you’ll play an important role in the customer journey from vehicle selection through delivery. You’ll work with customers to arrange financing and leasing while introducing them to products that can provide additional protection and peace of mind throughout their ownership experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Guide customers through financing and leasing options, working with a variety of lenders to find solutions that fit their needs
• Present and explain extended warranties, vehicle protection plans, GAP insurance, appearance protection, tire and rim protection and other F&I products
• Help customers understand the value and benefits of available protection products and make informed decisions based on their individual needs
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide a professional, transparent and comfortable F&I experience
• Work closely with the Sales Team and Management to ensure a smooth transition from vehicle purchase to delivery
• Accurately complete finance, insurance and vehicle documentation while maintaining compliance with dealership and regulatory requirements
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders, insurers and product providers
• Stay up to date on current finance programs, manufacturer incentives, warranties, insurance products and dealership offerings
• Achieve department goals while maintaining a customer-first approach
