• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant is essential.
• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification is preferred.
• SEN experience would be a bonus, but it's not essential.
• You’ll need a valid DBS or be happy to apply for a new one.
• Being a driver is preferred, as roles may be across different school locations.
• A flexible, supportive approach and a genuine interest in helping pupils thrive.
