Job summary

Academics Ltd is seeking Teaching Assistants to support local primary schools in Maidstone and surrounding areas. You will assist teachers, support pupils one-to-one or in small groups, and help develop confidence and learning skills across Early Years to Year 6.

The role requires a flexible, patient approach and a willingness to work across all primary year groups. DBS checks are required or to be pursued, and a Level 3 qualification is preferred. Driving licence is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a DBS certificate if not already held.
• Level 3 childcare/education qualification preferred.
• Full-time availability across Maidstone and surrounding areas.

Are you passionate about helping children learn, grow and thrive? We're looking to connect with Teaching Assistants in Maidstone and the surrounding areas as we continue to expand our candidate pool for upcoming opportunities in local primary schools.

We're interested in hearing from people who are enthusiastic about education and happy to support pupils across a variety of year groups, from Early Years through to Year 6.

What the role may involve:

What you'll need:

• A positive, patient and flexible approach.
• A willingness to work across all primary year groups.
• A DBS certificate, or be willing to apply for a new one.
• A Level 3 qualification in a relevant childcare or education subject is preferred.
• A driving licence and access to a vehicle would be an advantage.
