Treetops Learning Community is seeking Teaching Assistants to work with class teams and support students with complex needs. The role may involve supporting all pupils in the class or 1:1 support for a named student. Previous SEN experience is preferable but not essential.

The Trust:In March 2025 Treetops School was judged by Ofsted to havemaintainedthe standardsidentifiedat thepreviousinspection. Thepreviousinspection was in February 2020, at which time Treetops was judged as Outstanding. Treetops Free School, which officially opened in September 2022, was judged Good in its first Ofsted inspection in March 2024.
Students throughout Treetops Learning Community have complex needs varying from moderate to severe learning difficulties, which mayinclude;speech and communication difficulties,autismand global developmental delay.
The Role:We areseekingto appoint Teaching Assistants to work with in partnership with class teachers, to support student learning. This may involve supportingall ofthe students in the class and/or providing 1:1 support for a named student.
Previousexperience of working with children with special educational needs whilst not essential, is preferable.
