Operations & Sales Executive | Purpose-Driven Travel

Full-Time | Hybrid (Marlborough + WFH)

We’re expanding and seeking an adaptable, proactive Operations & Sales Executive to join our close-knit team. This role involves responsibilities in operations and business development, offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a significant impact.

You’ll be the key link between our UK office, overseas partners, and Leap participants—ensuring smooth programme delivery while also driving sales and business growth. You may also represent The Leap at events and occasionally travel for research trips or to lead Under-18 programmes.

Location: Hybrid — Marlborough office 2–3 days a week + flexible WFH

Type: Full-time, permanent

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Programme Support

  • Manage itineraries, leader profiles, risk assessments
  • Coordinate pre-departure admin & family communication
  • Host Zoom calls & liaise with overseas partners
  • Handle crisis communications & parent updates during programmes
  • Support Volunteering Diploma participants
  • Manage invoicing, CRM updates, and website itinerary updates

Sales & Business Development

  • Represent The Leap at fairs & events
  • Build relationships with schools, families & alumni
  • Identify & pursue growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For

Strong communicator & natural relationship-builder

Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking

Proactive problem-solver with a calm, can-do attitude

Confident presenting on Zoom & at events

Adaptable, collaborative team player

Willing to travel & lead when needed

Experience in travel, education, or events? A bonus.
