Job summary

Leonard Cheshire is hiring for a full-time night care role in Bristol. You’ll provide daily living support to adults with disabilities, helping with personal care, meals, and medications while encouraging independence within a person-centred approach.

You’ll accompany residents to appointments and activities, keep clear records, and contribute to a home-like, supportive environment. Training is provided; weekend flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Warm, friendly, empathetic approach
• Personal care experience helpful but not essential
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living tasks including personal care, mealtimes and medications
• Promote independence with a person-centred approach
• Accompany residents to appointments, events and community activities
• Maintain clear, accurate records
