Job summary
Leonard Cheshire Banbury is seeking caring staff to support residents with daily living tasks, meals, and personal care in a home-like setting. You’ll work across weekdays and weekends with occasional hours, helping people live life their way.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication.
- Encourage independence through a person‑centred approach.
- Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities.
- Keep clear, accurate records.
