Job summary

Dwello Property Ltd in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Maintenance Operative to join our busy, growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will carry out repairs and routine maintenance across a large residential portfolio, attending properties independently and coordinating with tenants and the property team.

Qualifications

• Experience in general property maintenance across multiple trades.
• Ability to identify issues and carry out repairs to a high standard.
• Confident working independently and using your own initiative.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide variety of repairs and general maintenance across residential properties.
• Complete day-to-day reactive and planned maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain properties between tenancies.
• Attend properties independently and assess work required.
• Identify issues and perform appropriate repairs.
• Manage workload effectively without supervision.
• Communicate professionally with tenants and the property team.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
