Job summary

RECRUITMENTiQ is partnering with a fast-growing residential letting and property management agency in Glasgow to recruit a Multi-Trade Maintenance Operative on a full-time, permanent basis.

This hands-on role requires attending properties independently, identifying maintenance needs, and delivering high-standard repairs across our residential portfolio. A full driving licence and strong communication with tenants are essential.

• Proven experience in general property maintenance across multiple trades.
• Ability to identify issues and carry out repairs to a high standard.
• Confidence working independently and using your own initiative.
• Ability to assess maintenance requirements and manage your own workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out a wide variety of repairs and general maintenance across our residential properties.
• Completing day-to-day reactive and planned maintenance.
• Preparing and maintaining properties between tenancies.

RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a a fast-growing, residential letting and property management agency to assist in their search for an experienced Multi-Trade Maintenance Operative in Glasgow, on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a hands-on and varied position for an experienced all-rounder who is confident attending properties independently, identifying maintenance requirements and completing repairs to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out a wide variety of repairs and general maintenance across our residential properties.
• Completing day-to-day reactive and planned maintenance.
• Preparing and maintaining properties between tenancies.
• Attending properties independently and assessing the work required.
• Identifying maintenance issues and completing appropriate repairs.

We are looking for a reliable, practical and experienced multi-trade maintenance professional who takes pride in their work.

You will need:

• Proven experience in general property maintenance across multiple trades.
• The ability to identify issues and carry out repairs to a high standard.
• Confidence working independently and using your own initiative.
• The ability to assess maintenance requirements and manage your own workload effectively.
• A reliable and professional approach.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with tenants and colleagues.
• A full driving licence.

Please note: This is a genuine multi-trade maintenance role. Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to one individual trade may not be suitable for the position.
