Job summary

Christie Lites is seeking a Repair Technician in the United Kingdom to diagnose and fix issues on rental lighting, control, and FX equipment. You will document repairs, order parts, and perform preventative maintenance to ensure CL standards are met.

The role requires strong organization, technical aptitude, and collaborative communication. The position is full-time with a 40-hour week and paid overtime as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and fixes issues with CL rental equipment including lighting, control and FX products.
• Repair electrical and/or mechanical faults up to circuit board level.
• Record all repairs in Repair Tracking Systems.
• Place parts orders when not in stock.
• Carry out preventative maintenance per Service Reference Guide.
• Modify and upgrade ORPL equipment to CL standards as specified in Technotes.
