Protocol Education is seeking a confident Level 3 Teaching Assistant for full-time positions in Croydon. You will support EYFS to KS2, deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions, and assist pupils with SEND while promoting positive behaviour within well-resourced primary schools.

Are you a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for a full-time role in a supportive primary school setting?

We are currently recruiting confident and committed Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across welcoming and well-resourced primary schools in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in the classroom, enjoys supporting young learners, and is confident working across KS1 and KS2.

The Role:

• Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2

• Delivering small group interventions and 1:1 support

• Assisting pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs

• Supporting phonics, reading, writing, and maths

• Promoting positive behaviour and maintaining a calm learning environment

• Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs

Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

• Experience working in UK primary schools

• Strong understanding of safeguarding and behaviour management

• Confident supporting children with additional needs

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)

• Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude
