Job summary

Think Education Partners Limited is recruiting a Learning Mentor to join a mainstream primary school in Tower Hamlets on a long-term, full-time basis. The role involves providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils who require additional help with learning, confidence and emotional wellbeing.

You will work closely with class teachers, build positive relationships with pupils and encourage independence, participation and engagement with learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a school setting.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service.
• Able to commit to long-term and full-time hours.
• Experience providing 1:1 and small group support.
• Experience supporting pupils with additional learning and emotional needs.
• Confident supporting pupils of all abilities.
