Position: Full-Time Key Holder

To continue co-constructing our next chapter, we're seeking a creative and inspiring individual to join us in Marylebone as our Full-Time Key Holder, starting this May. We are eager to meet candidates who can be strong brand ambassadors, sharing our values and bringing our products to life.

What we're looking for:

• Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
• Interest in fashion and/or arts in general
• Ability to engage with clients and create a WOW experience
• Willingness to work 40+ hours/week, including weekends

Responsibilities:

• Safely opening and closing the store
• Providing excellent customer service and supporting the team
• Overseeing day-to-day operations
• Maintaining store visuals to meet standards
• Organizing the stockroom with the selling team
• Training and coaching team members
• Providing feedback on daily business performance
• Delivering outstanding styling sessions
• Building loyalty within the community
