Active Care Group in the UK is seeking a Healthcare Support Worker for Bethany House & Lodge in Dymchurch. You will support young adults with neurological conditions in a residential setting, following care plans and promoting independence.

Shifts include day and night on a rota basis, totaling 42 hours per week with every-other-weekend work. DBS check required; generous benefits include 25 days' holiday, pension, healthcare plan and staff development opportunities.

Qualifications

• DBS check required.
• Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working.
• Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Support our clients with daily activities.
• Support their care plans to establish routine.
• Ensure the client feels safe and stable within their day-to-day care.
