Job summary

Sugarman Health and Wellbeing Limited is seeking a dedicated Complex Care Worker to support a client with Motor Neurone Disease in their home in South Croydon. The role involves 2:1 patient care in a family-oriented setting and requires compassionate, patient-focused support.

Training is provided for suction, PEG feeding, ventilator management, and eye-gaze communication; DBS and right to work are required. Weekly pay and comprehensive training are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of professional care experience.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Complex manual handling.
• Suctioning and cough assist training provided.
• PEG feeding, Ventilator, and Nebulizer management (training provided).
• Non-verbal communication via eye-gaze technology (training provided).
• Full Tracheostomy Care (training provided).
• Personal and pressure area care.
• Supporting daily routines and emotional wellbeing.
