Sugarman Health and Wellbeing Limited is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to support an adult with complex needs in a home/residential setting. The role offers hourly pay and progression opportunities for carers aiming to advance toward nursing with hands-on clinical exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of professional care experience
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Up-to-date CV with full work history

Responsibilities

• Clinical Tasks – Tracheostomy and Ventilator care
• Clinical Tasks – Peg Feeding
• Spinal Cord Injury care and support
• Personal and pressure area care
• Supporting daily routines and emotional wellbeing
• You’ll receive full training and shadow shifts to ensure you feel confident and well prepared.
