Job summary
CCH is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for the Maidstone Complex SCP in Higham to join our growing complex care team. You will help a young client with cerebral palsy, assisting with PEG feeding, medication, and personal care in daily activities.

Qualifications
- Experience in complex care essential.
- PEG feeding and medication administration experience required.
- Moving & Handling equipment knowledge preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage PEG feeding, medications and personal care for the client.
- Support client in daily activities and social inclusion.
- Safely assist with transfers and mobility as needed.
