Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a Chef for the DINE brand on a full-time basis (35 hours per week). You will prepare and serve high-quality food, supervise a small kitchen team, and help shape menus while upholding brand standards and hygiene regulations.

Formación

• Food hygiene certification is required.
• City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent preferred.
• Experience supervising a kitchen team and delivering quality service.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food for clients and customers.
• Overseeing and implementing menu changes.
• Identifying opportunities to improve food services.
• Listening to customer feedback to drive improvements.
• Supporting creation of new menus and creative concepts.
• Representing DINE and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Monitoring inventories to keep kitchens well-stocked.
• Overseeing kitchen cleaning to maintain hygiene standards.
• Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
